At Printella, we provide printing assistance services based on customer-submitted files. Since all orders are customized and processed on demand, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Nature of Services

All print orders are created specifically based on the files and instructions provided by the customer. Once an order is processed, it cannot be reused or resold.

3. No Refund on Completed Orders

Once an order has been printed and processed successfully, refunds will not be provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files, formats, and instructions are correct before placing the order.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Order was not processed or delivered due to our error.
  • Incorrect printing caused by our team.
  • Damaged prints received at the time of delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Errors in the uploaded file (wrong content, format, or design).
  • Incorrect instructions provided by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences.
  • Delay caused by external factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing. Once printing has started, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.

7. Refund Process

If your request qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
